CYBER LAW (Diploma Course 1 Year)

This programme is designed to enhance knowledge, awareness and skills in specialized area in cyber law and to prepare well informed citizen, academics and legal professionals, it seeks to address the fast changing needs of knowledge of the society.
The objectives of this programme is to:
To enable the learner to understand and acquire a critical understanding of cyber law.
To explore the legal policy developments in various countries that regulate cyberspace.
To give learners in depth knowledge of cyber law and Information Technology Act to regulate cyber crimes and legal frame work of right to privacy ,data security and data protection.
